Professional Experience

Mr. Meth joined the firm in 2002.  As a Senior Associate Attorney, Mr. Meth counsels Community Associations throughout New Jersey with a concentration in the areas of debt collection, contract drafting, enforcement of Association governing documents, dispute resolution, amendment drafting as well as providing general representation services.  He attends monthly board meetings where he provides guidance to Board Members and advice intended to limit our clients' exposure to liability while ensuring the association is run efficiently and transparently.

Mr. Meth also has experience in appellate and bankruptcy matters developing creative techniques to recovery monies due to our clients.  Recently, Mr. Meth obtained a favorable bankruptcy court decision denying a debtor's request to cram-down an Association's lien, which protected the Association from having thousands of dollars discharged by the bankruptcy.

Mr. Meth also has extensive experience obtaining rent receiverships for Associations with vacant homes within their community.
